| The procedure volumes in the following tables are reported to OSHPD by hospitals that provide the services. The hospital discharge data is maintained in the Patient Discharge Database (PDD), which is made available to the public on request. The California Cardiac Surgery and Intervention Project (CCSIP) obtains a confidential version of the PDD which allows analysis of in-hospital and post hospital outcomes. These outcomes are reported at California Cardiac Surgery and Intervention Project(CCSIP)
